The cellar
The location
A veritable institution in any self-respecting Vaudois home, the carnotzet occupies a central place on our estate. Its metre-thick stone walls date back to the 1780s, when this space was still just a barn. At the end of the 19th century, the barn was converted into a dwelling and once housed a treadmill press, which no longer exists today. It is in this welcoming setting that the Jomini family opens its doors to you for unique tasting experiences, combining pleasure, conviviality and discovery.
